Yarn Library

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

As our Yarn Library products are shipped directly from China, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution where appropriate.

UK Stock Yarns

Unused yarns in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwound and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Handmade Products

As each handmade item is individually crafted, all handmade products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders

For made-to-order or personalised items:

• Orders cancelled more than 14 days before production begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Once production has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, patterns and online content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
