  • If you're based in London, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Once selected, no further action is required – we'll prepare your order and notify you when it's ready for collection.

🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made items may take longer – please check the product description for details.

  • During UK public holidays, processing and delivery may be slightly delayed.

🚚 Shipping Time Estimates

  • UK shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International shipping: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

🧾 Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for applicable shipments.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order – we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information.
