Shipping Options

Our shop offers two types of shipping depending on the product.

UK Stock

Products marked as UK Stock are shipped from the UK.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated UK delivery: 2–5 business days

Yarn Library (Shipped from China)

Our Yarn Library features carefully curated, high-quality yarns from trusted Chinese brands.

  • Free UK shipping on Yarn Library orders from £20
  • Orders are shipped directly from China
  • Parcels usually clear UK customs within 1 week
  • Estimated delivery to the UK is around 2 weeks after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays, customs inspections or courier delays

Local Pickup (London)

Selected UK Stock items may be available for Local Pickup.

If Local Pickup is available, simply choose this option at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that Yarn Library products shipped directly from China are not eligible for Local Pickup.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Made-to-order, personalised or custom products may require additional processing time. Please refer to the individual product description.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Yarn Library Notes

  • Every yarn is carefully selected for quality, colour and making experience.
  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and dye lots.
  • Natural fibres may contain slight variations, which are normal characteristics of the material.
  • We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project in a single order, as dye lots may vary between production batches.

Sustainable Packaging

Whenever possible, we reuse clean second-hand boxes and recycled packaging materials.

Your parcel may not look identical to every other package, but it helps reduce waste while protecting your order.
